Lawyer and PhD in Psychology. Director of the Department of Training and Employment of the UAO, Co-Director of the Employment Observatory and Professor of Counselling in Psychology degree from the same university. She has participated in numerous national and international forums in the field of career guidance, professional skills and employment and has published several books and articles on the subject. Principal investigator of the emerging group recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya “Youth Employment and Social Exclusion (YESE).”
