Dr. Mehmet Emin BAKAY has been working at the Ministry of Education as teacher, school manager and branch manager. He has 25 years of experience in the education sector as teacher, teacher trainer and school manager. Mr. Bakay has his bachelor, master and PhD degree in Educational Management and Inspection. He has broad experience in EU funded projects. He has academic articles and books in the field of education management. He is still working as branch manager at the Bornova District National Education Directorate.
